Project 'HISTORY IN THE MAKING': a publication to celebrate the construction skills involved in the restoration of St Pancras Chambers Hotel – a prestigious £100m construction scheme for Galliford Try.
Audience Construction professionals and prospective clients
My role Interviewing key staff and contractors (ranging from scaffolders to specialist heritage decorators) and creating articles from the interviews. Also picture editing and some photography.
In order to fully explain each contractor’s role in the project, I needed to capture the essence of their task, put across the challenges they faced – and then tell the story of their St Pancras ‘journey’.
